Cindy received her Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education from West Virginia University and earned her Master's degree in Counseling at Marymount University. As a Counselor-in-Residence at the Center for Well Being, Cindy works collaboratively with adolescents and their families to find solutions to the many challenges they face during this critically important developmental period in their lives. As a former special education and elementary school teacher and high school coach, Cindy brings several years experience of working with young people with unique needs and she focuses on creating a positive environment in which adolescents and their parents work together to develop constructive relationships, behaviors and attitudes. Cindy’s combined professional training and life experiences allow her to connect with young people in an extraordinary way, and her engaging and results-oriented approach to counseling provides an invaluable foundation to produce successful outcomes for adolescents and their parents.
